3.3 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) oxoplay account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.4 oxoplay may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or granting full account access. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.5 oxoplay reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oxoplay account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address.
4.2 You must not share your account credentials with any third party. oxoplay support staff will never ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to oxoplay immediately.
4.3 You agree to notify oxoplay immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. oxoplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
4.4 All transactions conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, are your responsibility unless you have notified oxoplay of unauthorized access in accordance with clause 4.3 above.
4.5 oxoplay recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. This feature is available in your account security settings.
All deposits to your oxoplay account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. oxoplay accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved Philippine payment channels. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. oxoplay does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. oxoplay aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

oxoplay is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. oxoplay reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to report suspicious activity to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
6.1 oxoplay may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion terms.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit oxoplay's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
